What this policy covers

This policy covers this website, tottestudios.com, and nothing else.

The apps are separate. Space Maze, and every app in the Seize / Carpe Diem family, has its own privacy policy, published on that app's own website — and, for the apps that have an App Store or Google Play listing, linked from that listing too. Those policies, not this one, describe what an app does with your data. Please do not read this page as a statement about any of them.

What this site collects

Nothing. The page runs no analytics, sets no cookies, loads no tracking pixels, embeds no videos or maps, and pulls no fonts, scripts or images from anyone else's servers — every asset it needs is inside the page or served from this domain. There is no contact form and no sign-up, so there is nothing here for you to fill in.

Two preferences are saved in your browser's local storage, on your own device: totte-theme, which remembers whether you chose Auto, Day or Night, and totte-lang, which remembers the language you picked on the home page. They stay on your device, they are never sent to us or to anyone else, and clearing site data for tottestudios.com in your browser removes them.

The home page also reads the language setting your browser already advertises, so it can open in a sensible language the first time you visit. That happens entirely inside your browser and is not recorded anywhere.

Cookies

There are none — not ours, not anyone else's. The two preferences above are local storage rather than cookies, they are written only when you change a setting yourself, and they do nothing but remember that choice. That is why this site has no cookie banner asking you to agree to anything.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, Cloudflare's servers process the technical details of your request — your IP address, the time, the page asked for, the user agent your browser sends — in order to deliver the page and to protect the site from attack and abuse. Cloudflare handles that as our hosting and security provider, under its own privacy terms.

We have added no analytics of our own, and we do not build anything out of those logs: no visitor profiles, no reports, no mailing list. Where that processing counts as ours, the lawful basis is legitimate interests — serving a website and keeping it standing.

If you email us

The only way to reach us from this site is the address in the footer, [email protected]. If you write to us, your email address and whatever you put in the message sit in our mailbox so that we can read it and reply.

We keep correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with what you wrote about, and no longer than we have a reason to. We do not add you to anything and we do not pass what you send to anyone else. The lawful basis is legitimate interests — answering someone who has got in touch.

Links to other sites

The page links out to our app sites, to the App Store, Google Play and TestFlight, and to our Facebook page. Following any of them takes you somewhere we do not control, and that site's own privacy policy applies from the moment you arrive. We are not told that you clicked.

Deleting your data

This website holds nothing about you, so there is nothing here to ask us to delete. That is the honest answer rather than a shortcut — there is no account, no server-side store and no self-serve tool, because there is no data to put in one.

The theme and language preferences are on your device, not on ours. Clear site data for tottestudios.com in your browser and they are gone. We cannot see them and we cannot delete them for you.

If you have emailed us, that correspondence is the one thing we hold. Ask at [email protected] and we will delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it — and if that ever applies, we will tell you so.

App data is a separate matter. To have data deleted from one of our apps, use the route set out in that app's own privacy policy. This page cannot do it for you.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — ask whether we hold personal data about you and get a copy of it.
• Rectification — have anything inaccurate corrected or completed.
• Erasure — ask us to delete it.
• Restriction — ask us to stop using it while something is being sorted out.
• Objection — object to our processing it on legitimate interests grounds.
• Portability — receive data you gave us in a portable form, or have it sent on.

Because this website holds nothing about you, in practice these rights bite on email correspondence and on nothing else.

To exercise any of them, email [email protected] and say what you want. There is no charge, and we answer within one month, which is the time the law allows.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is the UK's Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk. You can go to them directly — you do not have to come to us first.
